Privacy policy
mtws.fi is a set of small personal web services run by Mats Tuovinen (contact: info@mtws.fi). All of them use a shared sign-in service at auth.mtws.fi (and a separate one for testing).
What we collect
When you sign in, we store your email address, your name and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us (name, email address, profile picture, language). Each service also stores only the data you enter into it, and only so that the service works.
Like any web server, ours keep technical logs (IP address, time and the page requested) for a short time, to keep the services secure and running. Signing in uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising or track you across other sites. We don't keep access to your Google account beyond the sign-in itself.
Where it's stored
On servers in the EU: at Hetzner in Finland, and on our own server in Sweden.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to get a copy of it, by emailing info@mtws.fi. You can also complain to the Finnish data protection authority (tietosuoja.fi).
